I agree to abide by the regulations laid down by the Management for the running of the school.

I agree to give the School one term’s notice of my intention to terminate my child’s attendance or to pay one term’s fees in lieu of notice.

In case of an emergency, I agree that the school may obtain medical treatment for my child at my own expense should it not be possible to contact the parents.

On the understanding that children may from time to time, suffer accidental injury, no matter how diligent the supervision, I agree not to hold the school legally liable in the event of such misfortune.
