The Nairobi Academy Careers Counselling Department incorporates a framework that focuses the student’s attention on recognising and creating opportunities to make informed career choices by defining their career goals in an annual career action plan. In each year of their career education program, students develop a career action plan that reflects their increased learning, identifies future actions and builds on previous planning.
The Careers’ Action Plan is based on the Key Stages. The Careers’ Head works in close collaboration with the Year Group Coordinators of each key stage and the Form Tutors in each Form Group to provide concerted support to all students.
